Teen Insight I is a 3.5 day seminar designed to support teens (aged 14–18)* in building a foundation for awakening their heart, becoming more confident and trusting, and discovering what will support them in creating a life they love. Through engaging and heart-centred activities, they’ll learn how to break free from limiting patterns and approach life with greater confidence, purpose, and connection.

Over 3.5 days, the teens will have an opportunity to explore:
- The power of intention and creating more of what you want in your life
- Giving and receiving feedback in a loving and authentic way
- Communicating responsibly with friends, family, and adults
- Learning personal accountability
- Effectively dealing with peer pressure and making good choices
- Recognising judgments and using forgiveness to get free of past hurts holding you back
- How to be a more confident and happier person
- Living more fully from your heart – your authentic self
Teen Insight I is a fun and uplifting journey through awakening your teen’s heart centre to be the best person they can be.
The seminar is engaging and fast moving. You’ll experience:
- Games and small group activities
- Short presentations and one-to-one exercises
- Music and movement
- Visualisation and group sharing with the facilitators
Teen Insight I is brilliantly crafted to guide your teen on a journey of self-discovery in a loving, respectful, and supportive environment. They’ll build stronger connections with themselves and others while gaining the confidence and clarity to chase their dreams and create a life they love.

For David, his love for Insight began at the age of 17 when he attended his first Insight I Seminar. He has been facilitating Insight Seminars for nearly 40 years, alongside building a successful acting career.
